CNC MACHINES

The range of computerised numerical control machines composes both vertical and horizontal machining centres in addition to horizontal turning centres. Capacities range from two (2) to six (6) axes, with tool change facilities of ten (10) station turrets to eighty (80) tool magazines. Pallet change and work probe facilities are also available. Spindle feeds up to ten thousand (10000) revs per minute and table load caring capacity of eight hundred (800) kilograms.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SURFACE GRINDERS

Our facility covers both surface and cylindrical grinding, allowing the performance of both internal and external operations, to close tolerances and fine surface finishes.

CONVENTIONAL BORING MILLS

Our conventional boring mill capability has a maximum spindle of seventy five (75) diameters and equipped with three (3) axis digital readout.

FABRICATION

Our welding capabilities cover both Mig, Tig and Stick.

MILLING MACHINES

The milling capability covers both light and heavy duty three (3) axis machines, of which we have four (4) units with digital readout facilities. Spindle feeds up to one thousand eight hundred (1800RPM), and load caring capability of seven hundred (700) kilograms.

CONVENTIONAL LATHE

The conventional turning facility comprises both centre and turret lathes, with a maximum swing of seven hundred and thirty (730) millimetres and two thousand five hundred (2500) millimetre centres. There are six (6) lathes in total several (7) of which have digital readout facilities.
